Vacant Staging
Vacant home staging allows us to make a huge impact by creating an emotional connection with buyers. Our goal is to take a blank canvas and transform it into a beautiful, photo-worthy space that showcases its best features. We handle everything, from furniture to rugs and wall decor, ensuring you don’t have to worry about a thing!
Occupied Staging
If you plan on living in your home during the selling process, we can still help! Through an in-home consultation process, we conduct a room-by-room walkthrough to provide suggestions for layout changes, addition or removal of furniture/decor, and also provide detailed notes after the consultation to provide you and your client with a checklist for getting the home ready to list. We also provide styling services if you prefer a hands-off approach.
Design + Styling
While we specialize in staging, we also love helping clients make their current space feel like a reflection of their personality. We offer both in-person and virtual services, so no matter where you are, we’ve got you! From shoppable mood boards, to layout recommendations to full furniture installs, we can help no matter the size or budget of the project.
